I'm not the biggest fan of box squatting for raw lifters, I do believe it has a time and place though. Today I hit a few heavy singles using the elitefts yoke SSB to a box below parallel vs elitefts average bands.
Squat: bands on - no weight x 5 135x3 225x3 275x3 315x2 365x1 385x1 x3 sets - I filmed it and it felt really hard, but it looks easy enough on video, so I am not uploading it.
225 (bands still on) x 10 - I'm definitely not in good shape - this was horrible.
