Set 1- rep 2 was ugly, I wasn't tight at all and the weight threw me around like a rag doll.

Sets 2/3 were pretty decent, with set 3 probably being the best.

The goal today was 3x3 which I knew was going to be tough. The first reps were a little slow which meant a third wasn't going to be there. I pulled the last set conventional just for shits and giggles. I was not in a good position on this one.
