I headed back home to see my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. I got to train with one of my best friends since we were kids, Nick. We headed to the best gym I've been to on the east side of Cleveland, Everybodies gym in Chardon, Oh. You could probably spend an hour on a gym tour video going through all the unique pieces of equipment they have.

Our workout consisted of some higher rep dumbbell pressing an a lot of back.

Dumbbell Bench Press: 50lb x 20 60s x 20 70s x 15 80s x 15 90s x10 100s x10

Row Variations: My favorite piece of equipment in there is this chest supported row ( shown in video) with the specialty cambered type bar. This is the only gym I've seen have this and I make sure to use it every time I visit.

Reverse Hyper 2x15 Chest Supported Machine Row 3x20 V handle seated Cable Rows 3x20 Lat Pull Downs 3x20

After this my upper back and lats were smoked.
