So the Sumo Experiment seems to be going well! Still learning/finding my groove, but overall my Conventional and Sumo both seem to be benefitting.

This is the second week that I've worked up to 415x1 beltless on Sumo, and this week was followed by drop sets of 365x6 (seen below).

For some reason, doing both Sumo and Conventional (using Sumo as a secondary DL exercise) seems to benefit my lifting. My Squat and Deadlift both feel at their best when I've had Sumo in the mix. Not exactly sure why, but I'm looking forward to learning more about my body throughout this experiment/process. The only thing now is to decide which should be the one I compete with...
