I've been feeling like garbage- fallout from the meet, fallout from life changes, stress levels trying to catch up at the gym (it's budget season!)

I got in the car on Saturday to head toward the gym. I called two friends trying to meet up for coffee so I could have an excuse to not go to the gym. That's when I know it's time to shut it down- that's not typical behavior for me.

I ended up at the gym and was happy to see the guys and help everyone through their session, but I left early and crashed on the couch.

We had an event for our staff that night at Top Golf, which is actually a lot of fun. But starting that night, into Sunday, and then even worse on Monday, I was sick as a dog. I didn't get off the couch on Monday. And I even called my mom asking for chicken noodle soup. She came through in the clutch, as always.

I'll be back to training when my body is ready. I have some blood work to get checked and realigned. I also may hire a coach to handle my programming- I need to take stress off of my plate.
