Wow, after this week, I'm almost positive that Steve is a sadist! This was a week of training 5 days in a row, with significantly more volume than I'm used to, doing exercises that focus more on my weak points. Yup, my poor, poor body couldn't walk by Wednesday, then couldn't raise my arms by Thursday, and over the weekend couldn't straighten my elbows. All those complaints aside, I know this is making me stronger, so I'm going to suck it up and keep grinding!
