If you've been reading some of my logs, I've started to incorporate yoga into my training regimen. I said I did it for recovery purposes but I just flat out enjoy it. It's challenging in different ways. Casey has been super busy with managing and getting the gym ready for the grand opening in mid-October. He's done several interviews with instructors and has asked me to attend one of their classes to check out the experience and get a feel of how they are and what they can offer in a class. He promised he would try a class out after the meet. I felt like he would experience the advantages of yoga as it did for me. One of the instructors gave us their schedule and we're planning to do one this weekend together. This, I will enjoy haha. Massive 242 lb meathead in a zen environment, doing stretch poses. Hopefully, he can touch his toes.
