The plan was to pull against the light band today, but I was Danny's guinea pig as we decided to double the mini's to see approximately how much tension it provided at the top. With this setup we measured it at 100 pounds per band.

From here on I expect to pull every other week vs. either bands or chains. The band or chain weight will be determined on that specific day based on how I feel when I get to the gym.
