Exhausted.

Purely ran down. What has been the most consistent "being" in my life. The gym. It remains the same no matter how your feeling the gym will be the same.

Started off with interval cardio 10min

Immediately felt better. Being at my end of exhaustion I gave myself 35 min to kill my upper self.

  • Unit lateral flat DB press 30x4x20
  • Hammer strength incline press 4x15
  • Overhead cable tricep extensions 3x30
  • Low row paused reps 4x10
  • Cable lateral raises 3x5
  • Hammer curls 3x20
  • DB tricep kickbacks 3x15
