It's been a long while since I've had to walk out a squat. At my gym, The Strength Lab, we started our summer sports performance hours. So, it is going to take me a little bit to figure out my training schedule. So, today, I had to squat by my self in the middle of the day. That means walked out squats and no spotters.

I also switched back to my oly lifters instead of chucks.

Squats: bar x10 145x5 235x5 285x3 325x2 375x2 415x2 465x1 505x1 x 4 sets

Besides having to walk it out, I felt great squatting. I finally got a good tight set up and my bar positioning back. I've really been struggling with this lately.

Accessory work: Cambered Bar low box squat - 225x10 x5 sets - 2 min or less between sets- awful
