After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

I had a lot of friends come in from out of town that train, so of course they wanted to get a training session in at THIRST (you can follow us on Facebook and Instagram). I just hit the basic bro stuff of benching before marrying my best friend and having an amazing day. It wasn't much, but at least I did something. I've now got a beautiful wife, and I could not be happier. Adrian is a dream, and if you've had the pleasure of meeting her, I think you would agree. Can't wait for the honeymoon the following week.
