I am really becoming consistent with my pulling as of late! Gainz baby!

I am going to work myself from 4" blocks to 2" blocks to the floor over the next few weeks. I like doing it this way. I have seen a lot of results from my Team programming them on their pulls this way. It allows us to pull heavier with straight weight and work that lagging lockout over more time. Here we go....

4" Block Pulls with Conv Suit - Straps Down

used 100 pounds of chains on all sets

Double Overhand Pulls off 4" Blocks

straight weight used on all sets

1 x 315 - 8 reps 1 x 315 - 8 reps

BB Rows

3 sets x 10 reps each set

DB Shrugs

200 total reps
