Everything went as I had hoped today. The weight moved well and my balance was much better too. I also had a few teammates there to help spot me and keep me safe. I appreciate them taking the time out to do so. This should be my last heavy day of squatting and nothing more than an opener next week, but I'm contemplating doing my second via reverse band.
