I was not sure how my elbow was going to respond to benching today since last night was the first time I could fully extend my arm after receiving my cortisone shot Wednesday. It went better than I expected and everything was much smoother and more comfortable than last week. I still plan to open raw just to make sure I stay in the meet, but will work out a plan for my second attempt next week.
