And another week where I continue to drop a band size. I started with the Pro Strong Resistance Bands, then to the Pro Average Resistance Bands and now to the Pro Light Resistance Bands. As a make these gradual drops I can tell my body is getting used to holding this weight again instead of me just jumping right in with heavy weight and possibly making my current injury situation even worse. Mission accomplished today. I took and made all the attempts that I wanted and needed to take. Next week is a much needed deload week and my shoulders can get a break!
