I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. Next up is an off-season and picking a meet.

Day 2

1. Barbell Row - 275, 315, 315, 365 all x 5

2. Lat Pulldown 140 x 5 x 12

3. Seated Cable Row - 120 x 5 x 12

4. Band Pull a part - Mini Band x 5 x 20 per arm

I was traveling for work, up to Minneapolis for a quick meeting and was able to work it out to have time to get over Gregg and Debbi Damminga's gym, Twin Cities Barbell. Their place is awesome, super good setup. I will definitely hit it up again the next time I am in town.

1. Floor Press - 315 x 2 x 5, 365 x 1 x 5. Pressing feels really strong.

2. Close Grip Bench - 4 x 5, top set at 405. This was heavier than I was supposed to go and was a bit of an overshoot. Cut the last set 1 rep short. Didn't want to miss.

3. Rope Press down - 4 x 20

4. Pushups - 4 x 20
