Week 2 Day 3 GPP
Being away from a barbell is great, I am enjoying this training and feel WAY less beat up. I can already tell by week three ill be ready to transition into a bodybuilding phase
Week 2 Day 2 GPP "The Circuit"
My body still has not adjusted to this style of training. I'm either getting old or just sucking but it looks like it will take 2 weeks to adjust.
Training With Intent
Back to real training and hot damn this shit is DIFFERENT. Training is quite a bit different when you do every movement with i n t e n t. And I don't have to do as much of it. Oh also I changed my deadlift a lil bit.
New Year New Meet
A couple weeks of easing back into training. Nice n easy. Just like that. Also my New Year's resolution is to write 2020 as the date. Ha!
