Two days after my elbow surgery I get a package from the man, "Dave Tate". Dave is the best in the business for many reasons. To me helping the veterans is huge. If you buy one of these bars some of the money will go toward the wounded veterans program. This is a limited edition SSB. Of course I had to test it out. I only did about 6 total sets at around 230lbs.
