The M2 Equipped Training Ebook, the only ebook designed specifically for equipped lifters. Although the focus of my coaching log is to show the progress of clients and training partners as well as myself, I like to keep my log on here as a reference point for lifters interested in my style of training as well as a source of reference for myself. I’ve said this before, but I’m going to make more of an effort to get caught back up on my own training. I have a couple of products I’m working on which I hope to get on the market sooner than later, so stay tuned for that. The revenue from the gym stays pretty constant which basically means that the gym will never be more profitable. Designing products gives me a way to give back to the lifting community as well as to stay motivated. This was my first time squatting with anything other than the Cambered bar in a while. Although I’m doing my best to deal with my continuing autoimmune issues, one issue I have is that I get a recurring hematoma on my back where I place the bar. It’s pretty nasty and doesn’t feel good. I just have to push through it and hope that it doesn’t burst haha. I decided to try a different method of the Belt Squat (that I previously mentioned our skilled welder and appreciated member, Jeff Faber, built for us. You need to improvise while on a budget) using the Spud Straps to perform a variation of a front squat. Interestingly these actually seemed to place less stress on my knees than using the belt- 225x8x3
