Keeping in pattern with my powerbodybuilding training...where I focus my training on not being as strong as a powerlifter, yet not looking like a bodybuilder, I ended up doing a lot of deadlift work from the floor. Back: Deadlifts: "speed work" 2x10 135lb 1x5 225lb 1x5 315lb 3x5 315lb plus micro minis 2x2 405lb plus micro minis "heavy top end work" 3x2 315lb plus micro minis plus heavy blue bands "bodybuilding set" 1x10 495lbs Way-bent-forward seated rope rows: 3xfailure (around 15-20 reps each) Behind the back shrugs: 3x12 225lbs Rear delts: Reverse Pec Deck: 3xfailure
