Run a band through a KB then stand in both ends of the band. Apply pressure out on your feet and band. Push your hips back and open your knee until the top of your leg is parallel to the ground. It’s ok for your torso to lean forward. Keep your back leg straight and feet flat. Do your best to keep your knee right over your ankle. 3-4x6-10
