With the bodybuilding season starting (or supposed to be starting), many stage athletes were in the middle of prepping when the shut down began. Heck I was about 6-7 weeks out and I know others were only a week or two. Shows were getting postponed til June and others just canceled. Many scrambling to figure out how to keep moving forward with prep, but not be in a major deficit for too long and end up causing more harm than good. As Christian and I started training at home, I had to adjust things since we only had so much external load (bars, dumbbells and weights). I added bands to many exercises which worked really well. Upper body days were getting big pumps and lower body days got ramped with tempo work. Here's a few workouts done, with Anne Sheehan's programming and very little equipment. And it's safe to say I'm still progressing well in my composition. Granted we just found out the show I was doing is canceled, so Anne has added in some refeeds to hold me where I'm at before digging deep again in a few months when shows open up again.
