MONDAY Front Squats w/No Hands 425x1 475x1 500x1 Rear Leg Elevated split Squat 90x12 110x12 Side delt raise 4x12 Curls 45x20,20,20,20 Arnold Press 70x8,8,8,8 WEDNESDAY One arm Deadlift 405x1 475x1 one Arm Snatch 155x1,1 Band Assisted Deadlift 765x1 855x1 Machine Tbar Rows x12,12,12,12 Rear Delt Flys 85x16 100x16,16 Curls 45x20,20,20,20 SATURDAY One Arm Deadlift Dropped 405 on foot and destroyed a toe. taped toes together and attempted to move onto No hands front squats 335x1 425x1 515x0 Machine Rows Stack x32,28,28,25 Pullups BWx10,10,10,10 Face Pulls 75x30,30,30 Here is a pic of the broken and bust toe... I of course went over and front squatted after that.
