M2 Method EBook, designed to be the quintessential Raw Powerlifting training manual for beginners to advanced lifters looking to get stronger and prevent injury while incorporating the powerlifts and
The M2 Equipped Training Ebook, the only ebook designed specifically for equipped lifters. The Conjugate Method is known for incorporating dynamic effort work along with maximum effort work. In order to optimally move the most weight possible, you must be able to have explosive strength. When I first began training I included speed work, but eventually got to a point where I felt I wasn’t going to get any faster. Although rep work would work as well, I’ve been incorporating speed work again primarily because I need a lighter training day where I place less stress on my joints. I also feel like I've slowed down some. With age it may be optimal to alternate heavy low reps, speed work, and lighter rep work, especially if you’re able to train each lift multiple times per week. 6/18- Speed Pulls 10 mins treadmill Prehab PVC rolled on: Lower back, shifted to right and left Upper back, shifted to right and left scapula w/hips up Armpits Hamstrings Glutes Adductors Deadlifts- 135x5 225x3 w/Ace briefs- 315x2 Speed Deadlifts- 335+40 lbs of chains x2x2 335+80 lbs of chains x2x2 335+120 lbs of chains x2x2
