Sunday was a squat day at Apollon. The lift was a cambered bar squat, without a box. I've been working in a Jack suit bottom that I will cut the straps off of and use as a brief once broken in. This was a suit that I never used due to it being way too small, but I can just about cram myself into it now. Due to my recent swings in bodyweight, it's been a long time since I've had a brief that fit me tightly. It's been a little bit of a learning curve, but I think I'm getting the hang of it again. I worked up to a single with 670, which is more than I've ever done in just a brief (I know it's technically still a suit, but a brief is just s strapless suit, after all). This is pretty close to my best straight bar squat in briefs only (when I was bigger), and I really suck with the cambered bar, so this is a good sign. Finished with 4 sets of reverse hypers, 4 sets of pulldown abs, and 4 sets of planks. Things seem like they're coming together early!
