Set up the bar again 426 x 3 516 x 3, PR 586 x 1, PR OBB Good Mornings 145 x 8 Bench Press 195 x 5 225 x 3 x 2 sets 285 x 2 x 4 sets, short rest periods + 100 lbs in releasers x 1 x 3 sets Add Blue SlingShot x 1 x 3 sets Add Black SlingShot x 1 Add Catapult x 1 Deadlifts (still watching and feeling my left hamstring) 165 kg (365 lbs?) x 2 x 3 sets Finished of with a warm up set each of triceps, lats, biceps, rear delts, and ABS.
