Don't take this the wrong way. I LOVE Monday's as much as I do any Friday or Weekend Day, but when you don't live by a clock and I THINK it's one day and it's another...It throws me for a bit! Yea, left alone with my own thoughts I end up talking to myself. Then it occurs to me that I was told as a kid..."Don't talk to strangers". I didn't listen then, and I still don't. Pop Your Heart: Kettlebell Swings: Men-35 lbs Women-28 lbs 10x25 AirDyne Bike: 5 minutes steady state 10x20 seconds all out w/ a 40 second recovery Concept II: 5 minute steady state 10x 20 seconds all out w/ 40 second recovery stroke Inverted Versi Climber: 10x25 steps Concept II X-C ski: 10x15 seconds all out. (I actually pumped out one set at 1648 kgs...not bad...)
