Things are feeling really good with training now, finding a good spot between conditioning, hiking, and lifting. All things are progressing and my body doesn't feel like complete trash. Training has been going well with weekly progressions, granted I am starting from a poor position but it is nice to see things back on track. When things don't go your way in training it can be very discouraging but I find it more of a problem-solving issue. Meaning I created the problem no I need to figure out what is going on and I solve it, this keeps me more process-oriented and the reason I love training and coaching myself. 7-22-19 3 Chains per side CG BP- 365lbs x3, 375lbs x2, 275lbs x9 DB OC BP- 100lbs x12, 110lbs x6 Gridiron Bar Floor Press- 309lbs x7, 265lbs x10 DB Flys- 3 sets of 12-15 reps s/s High Face Pulls- 3 sets of 15 reps Prime Cable Pushdowns- 2 sets to failure s/s DB Side Raises- 2 sets to failure 7-23-19 Cambered Bar Squats- 515lbs x2, 355lbs for 2 sets of 6 reps Leg Press- 6plates per side x12 reps and x9 reps Cambered Bar GM's- 265lbs x8, 285lbs x8, 305lbs x6 Chest Supported Rows- 2 sets of 8-10 reps Abs & Calves- 3sets of each 7-25-19 Speed Bench w/ 3chains per side- 205lbs for 12 sets of 3 reps Viking Press- 5plates for 8 reps and 5.5plates for 7 reps DB Skullcrushers- 50lbs x8, 40lbs x11 DB Side Raises- 3 sets of 15-20 reps Dips- 2 sets of rest pause Cross Body Triceps Ext- 2 sets of 15 reps
