"Because of the way we are brought up, we become very serious. Seriousness means that you have become insensitive. Seriousness means that you cannot follow the rhythm of existence, this hilarious cosmic dance. You turn into a zombie, alive yet merely surviving, secure but deep down afraid–and fear brings with it other negativities: shame, jealousy, hatred, greed, misery, depression.

Playfulness means to experience life to the fullest, to explore, to discover, to celebrate and smile at situations. It means to get totally involved in the game of life and yet see life as a game. Life is a game and one can have much fun playing it. Don’t get too serious about it. You can even see suffering as a part of this game. But once you see it this way, suffering immediately turns into laughter. And the transformative power of laughter is tremendous. When you can laugh at suffering, suffering is seen under a new light. An alchemical reaction takes place. The grey of life becomes an immensely beautiful synthesis of harmonically arranged colors. Seriousness means sadness, and sadness can only be killed with a wide smile. Never forget to be playful, because once playfulness is lost in our lives, we are lost too." ~Sofo Archon   Today's Training: Suspended Knees to Elbow: 20,18,16,14,12 reps Lat Pulldown: 1x20x110 1x18x120 1x16x130 1x14x140 1x12x150   Skull Crusher: 1x20x65 1x18x75 1x16x85 1x14x95 1x12x105   C/S Row: 1x20x50 1x18x55 1x16x60 1x14x65 1x12x70   Tricep Rope Pushdown: 1x20x80 1x18x90 1x16x100 1x14x110 1x12x120   Blast Strap Straight Arm Scapula Retractions: 20,18,16,14,12 reps   Dips: 20,18,16,14,12 reps   Bike race home. Started out nice and easy then I saw the dude. Cycling in his lycra uniform and me in my gym shorts, flowing tee shirt and flip flops with my Nap Sack on my back. I got up on his back tire and I could tell he didn't like it. Too bad, I have a huge smile on my face, and I'm sucking his rear wheel and effortlessly pedaling along making him do all the work. I have no helmet on and his aero shaped head kept twisting around to see if he dropped me. NOPE! Then I saw my opportunity ...the crossing which he stopped at, I blew through at Mach 2. Adios, Adjure, see ya later, AMF! BOOM!! GONE!!! Ride or die
