The Man has a freaking plan. Think I don't? Think I'm flying blindly? Just watch me! It wasn't many weeks ago and I was loading a 160 lb Atlas Stone and cramping up while doing it. I was struggling with a 220 lb log. I missed a 386 lb deadlift and I was using 155 lb farmers walk implements. If you (and I mean the voice in my head) think that for even a moment I don't have a non-stop progress plan working in my head then I'll prove you wrong every single week. Farmers Walk tons of warm up (shown on video) 256's x 50 ft in 5.x seconds, PR weight and time Atlas Stones 190 to 62 inches 230 to 62 inches 245 to 62 inches 265 to 62 inches 285 to 57 inches 310 to 59 inches, PR 230 to 68 inches, PR?
Log Press several reps up to... 107.5 / 237 x 5, PR
Deadlift 506 lbs x 6, PR (I never pull 6's) Finished off with 8 sets of lats, biceps, triceps, and lats (enough to cripple me). I can promise you...you will continue to see progress. Remember where I was and acknowledge where I am now because one day, again, you will have to fight me on the field.
