I did a little checking to see how training was coming along. I didn't do as well as I had hoped, but it definitely got my mind moving and I have some ideas moving through the rest of the summer. As I take this week off I'll let some things float around my head and probably make some tweaks when I get back in the weight room next week.
- SSB Box Squat: 335x5 (nothing about this felt good)
- FBB Bench: 135x11 PR!
- Trap Bar: 380x3
