Today was the heaviest squat day for our lifters doing the April 8th meet. Jim hit a nice 600lb raw squat at 181, nova hit a 800 at 275 single ply, Sam hit a 750 at 275lbs multi ply. Still waiting to hear about Cody and a couple others. After this they hit a couple accessories and called it a day. Tomorow we bench heavy. Just found out two of our lifters steph and Kristin are invited and going to IPA worlds in Nova Scotia Canada. Super pumped for them to experience a ioit of country world comp. We will have a great gameplay for them to get a better total. I hit some rack pulls and DB shrugs. Both felt good plan on hitting some bench and back Tomorow.
