Ran up and down the strap for 9 sets x10 for 3 rounds Strive incline 250 reps total. Went up each set 100,75,50,25x2 Dip 3 xalot Bell floor press 3xalot 6/7 15 mins stepmill activations and some body tempering 6/6 15 mins step mill Reverse hypers 5x10 total Some raw squats germanish volume training. 10x10 with a minute rest per set. Did work on diaphragm breathing through the entire reps. Never really got winded at all. Double kb swings 10x10 with 30 seconds rest So far it has been two days and my hams . adds and buttocks are very very angry. Activations have helped lessen it some but still like i trained a jillion lunges. Enjoy the angry lower days. Spud
