Yeah, I am fuller and scale weight is up a little bit but I look quite a bit better. This new idea of loading longer and using the Supercompensation Glycogen Compound is working incredibly well as long as I am ok with the scale weight not dropping. Yes, I would like to see 200 and break it but ... my condition is every bit as good as a couple weeks ago, if not better. I haven't made more strides in strength but I have not lost any, either.

The plan is to push not to a full 2 day load just yet but I am going to do a day and a half, first, to see how I respond and if I am still responding well, I will push the following week to 2 days. This is more an experiment to see how greedy I can get and how much fuller/bigger I can get with the cardio in there still at 2 sessions per day and the regular diet not changing (outside of the Skipload changes).

I did go last week without cardio to give myself a break from it and let my hip completely recover and it has. This week I put the cardio back in at 2 sessions per day and as much as I feel every bit as lean as a couple weeks ago, my weight has held quite a bit this week only dropping to about 206 so about 5 or 6 pounds above baseline. I do not anticipate it dropping anymore tomorrow because when my weight stagnates and quits falling on Thursday/Friday it rarely drops anymore into the weekend. I will check it because you never know but I don't anticipate it happening.

My "goal", if I have one for scale weight reference, is to do this 1.5 day load this weekend starting it at a weight of about 206 and then next week at least falling to 206 again or slightly below. If I can do this, I feel strongly that my strength and fullness will be at an all-time high next week and yet my body would at least remain the same, if not drop SLIGHTLY.

On a completely unrelated note, I hope to enjoy a lot of the Skipload this weekend watching Peyton Manning win a ring and then announces his retirement. I get that the Carolina offense is likely going to beat the shit out of us but it would still be nice. Hey, you just never know. :) I don't live and die by sports so no matter the outcome I at least hope for an exciting game hanging out with some great friends.

I hope all of you have a great weekend, as well!
