I actually went to bed Thursday night with "an idea" and then actually remembered it when I woke up Friday! It hit me that if I can JUST feel the position correctly on my feet after I get the bar past my knees, I can finish the pull and make a decent lift. I did a lot of extra warm up sets (singles) before I even went over 50 kg and it paid off. http://vimeo.com/128830020 The Ice Cream truck came by today...TWICE!!! The second time he stopped right at the end of our driveway...

Untitled Snatch warm ups 70 x 1 x 3 sets 80 x 1 85 x 1 90 x 1 100 x 1 105 x 1 (best this year?) Clean and Jerk warm ups a lot of sets with 50 and 70 kg 75 x 1 85 x 1 95 x 1 100 x 1 105 x 1 110 x 1 I'm pretty sure that I can NOT full clean anything less than 120-130 kg because if I make an actual pull the bar will be moving HIGH and a lot faster than I can go down. I can't pull against the bar to get myself under with anything less. Snatch Pulls 110 x 3 x 3 Clean Pulls 110 x 3 x 2 sets Squats warm ups 235/517 x 1 Finished off with some therapy work. For anyone wondering...I am The Backpack Guardian every day after school. There are 6 backpacks here and they were not harmed, by anyone!
