Elitefts™ Pro Powerlifter Jo Jordan performs Dynamic Box Squats using a

Rackable Cambered Bar with bands and chains. Jo works up to 305 pounds with average bands and 80 sounds of chain weight for 6 sets of 2. Jo is coming off of shoulder surgery a few months ago and the cambered bar does not put as much stress on the shoulder joint due to hand placement. The cambered bar also add a stability component to the movement, especially on the deceleration of the barbell. Using the

box squat pad allows Jo to still slightly "deload" on the box slightly while still keeping more tension than without it.
