EZ Pushups Muscles Worked Brain - as this did take a little initiative to create.
How the hell we got an "Easy" button (made famous by the Staples commercials) is beyond me. But it's been in the weight room for sometime now and like everything in our weight room, it has to be used in some manner...for at least one exerise.
The biggest problem that I have with the EZ Pushup is not the exercise and not even the Easy button; it's funny and I did get a laugh out of the picture.
But the fact that Doc has elbow sleeves on while doing it...well that doesn't exactly scream "Easy".
But then again, most people's pushups resemble a mid-orgasmic seizure, so perhaps there are no easy pushups.
