Well, one month has passed and this has been a pretty good progression week for me. I gained back my independence I was able to get out driving by myself, not my stick shift sports car mind you but I got out in Ken's big Orange Metal Jack Truck, even better.

So my second physio appointment went well and I got another A plus on my report card. My range of motion is 120 degrees which he said is incredible at this stage of recovery. I sill have two long months to go before any lifting or resistance but at least I am 1/3 of the way to brighter days.

I have 4 new added exercises to do on top of my 4 so 8 exercises 3 x a day, Ken is putting up a pully system for me as we speak. I will do whatever it takes to recover properly.

Every day I seem to find things I can do that I haven't been able to do so I'd say "I'm making progress". I am finding my shoulder to be a bit achy the more I do but I'm sure that is to be expected. Still refraining from pain meds and hope I will not need them again.

Not much else to report, I'm still coaching my team and tomorrow I will hit our gym to work on my legs and abs. Oh how I miss deadlifting and benching but I know in my heart I will come back even strongher.
