It's cold as shit this morning, so I started with sBarome front squats to get the blood flowing.

Front Squats:

Bar x 5 95 x 5 135 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 1

Incline bench - close grip:

Bar x 10 95 x 8 135 x 8 155 x 8 185 x 5 225 x 5 x 5

Tate press ssw/ slow tempo DB bench:

40 lbs x 10 x 3

Machine row:

1 set of 20
