This was my fist workout post 21 deadlift salute. My bench was feeling decent going in to The Arnold, but since I was deadlifting only I didn't push it too much and my max effort upper body day was mostly focused on my back. At this point I have no idea what meet I will do next. 'Till I figure it out I plan to hit a lot more volume and try to add a little size.
Bench Press: 135x15 185x15 225x10 275x10 315x5 365x5 385x2 405x2
Close Grip 315x5 x 5 sets - 1min break between sets -This was actually really tough the last 2 sets. I'm definitely not in good shape!
10-8-6-4-2 Wide Grip pull up superset Db Hammer Curl (per arm)
Probably not enough hypertrophy work to build any size long term, but I need to work my way up to the added volume in my training.
