If you care and did not know. I just moved from Wilmington, Ohio, back to northeast ohio and and training at Everybodies Gym in Chardon. The gym is owned by a bodybuilder and has tons, and tons of equipment. It is a pretty awesome set up, and where I would train everytime I was back home to visit family.

Shoulder Press with Dumbbells: 40s x 20 50s x 20 60s x 15 70s x 15 80s x 10 90s x 10 100s x 10

JM Press with fat bar 135x 20 x 5sets

Cambered Bar Chest Supported Rows 2x20 w 25s 2x15 w 45s 2x10 with 45s and 10s

Tricep Pushdowns 5x20 superset Machine Triceps overhead extensions 5x20

This place has all kinds of machines and equipment Im not used to, so it will take some playing around to see what I like and what will help me out down the road.
