With the addition to school into my schedule, time has just been flying right past me. I'm already halfway through half of our first eight week session (our program is 5, 8 week sessions throughout the year). Can't believe this training cycle is coming to a close already.

B. DB Seated Military 5x10 65lb DB ~60 Sec Rest

C. DB Rows 1x50 w/ each arm, 110lb DB

D. Bodyweight Dips 1x30

E. Tricep Reverse Pushdowns 3x15

F. Neck Machine 1x20, all four movements

Deadlift Day

A. Deadlifts Bar x 10 135x10 225x5 315x5 405x5 460x3 515x1 545x1

B. Squats 5x10 w/ 205lbs ~90 Sec rest

C. Leg Curls 6x6

D. Ab Machine 3x20

Frisbee with Kilo. It was fucking freezing so we went back inside after about 10 mins.
