14 Weeks Out from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic

Yesterday's movement for bench was 2-board bench using Bench Blox. I've been trying to pick movements for my 5x5 weeks that force me to use lighter weights and address weaknesses. 2 weeks ago was close grip bench, and this week was 2-board. I just ordered a new bench shirt (Metal Pro), so depending on when I get it I will probably go in my shirt for my next max effort day, and then rotate back to close grip bench for 5x5. Overall things moved pretty well, I'm completely off of the medicine that was giving me issues now, and I've gained a few pounds, both of which seem to be helping me feel a little better.

C. Kettlebell Chaos Bench - 3x8 w/ 2 35-lb Kettlebells per side

D. Barbell Bent Over Rows - 6x10

3x10 Overhand Grip

3x10 Underhand Grip

E. Med Ball Tricep Pushdowns - 3x12

F. Dumbbell Curls - 3x15
