I put on my deadlift suit just for fun and pulled relatively heavy.
Deadlift - No suit
135x2 225x2 315x2 405x1 495 x 1
suit on, straps down for all sets
495x1 545x1 585x1 635x1 675x1 725x1
All easy except the 725 lockout.
It is definitely a big difference pulling raw (which for me is 95% of the time) vs pulling in a suit. My form and set up is a lot different and took a few reps to get used to .
Finished with 10x10 glute ham raise vs mini band.
