Today was a gear fail. I tried on a bench shirt that Julia Ladewski had given me awhile back - and it slipped right on. Today's training as you can see was strategic. I plan to bring it to Learn to Train to get some input on the fit and play with it or if I should just invest in a new one.
Lat pulldown – 3x15 Low cable row – 4x8, work heavy, then rest/pause the last set… 2-3 rest pauses with 12-15 seconds rest between Supinated (underhand) pulldown – 3x5/10…5 with a slow eccentric then 10 regular reps Incline Pullup – 4x10 with a good squeeze superset with Stiff arm pulldowns – 4x12 Rope cable curls – 3x15 with hard twist at the top, drop set the last set Incline Curls (facing out, not toward bench) – 4x10 using 10lb Dbs Rack attack Hammer curls – drop sets: 25lb amrap, 20lb amrap, 15lb amrap, 10lb amrap
