Bench is finally starting to come around. A couple weeks ago I was feeling good and hit an unplanned 415 for a single - my best comp bench is 430 raw at 220. I'm weighing around 215 right now. The following week I hit 420. The next couple weeks I decided to hit a little more volume in my training. Here was my last bench session.

Bench press: 10 Reps @ -45,135,225 5 reps @ -275, 315, 345 Working sets: 365x3 x4 sets. 365x6 x 1 set

Accessory work: DB Over head press 3x15 DB incline Press 3x15

Cable Tri Overhead ext x100 reps Band Pull aparts x 100 reps
