Monday was a bench day at Apollon. I wasn't really ready to start hammering my bench just yet, so I decided to do a little overhead pressing, which I haven't done in God-knows-when. I used the seated military bench and went:

bar x a bunch

95 x 5

135 x 5

165 x 5

185 x 1

205 x 5

225 x 5

The 225 felt pretty light, but I didn't go higher or do any more sets because it was only a week after the meet.

I finished with some hammer strength rows and the dip machine.

Honestly I really just showed up to help my training partners through some shirt work and only even trained because I was already at the gym and figured I might as well do something.

Hardcore, I know, but I'll be back to some real upper body work next week
