A little bit on an unconventional set up for me - I used the eltiefts shoulder saver pad vs mini bands doubled up ( enough tension to make a pretty significant difference at the top).

225x 3x10 close grip - The extra ROM from the close grip really fried me. Plus, I tried to take less than a minute between sets.
