Since I'm deadlifing only in less than 2 weeks at the Arnold, I didn't really have much of a plan going in to this workout.

315x15 As soon as I racked it I said I should have done a few more. My PR is 315x16 reps and I definitely had a few more in the tank.

225x20x15x10 close grip - less than 1 min bw sets.

Ab roller 3x10 100 band pull aparts
