My shoulder is still progressing smoothly and I'm still close to 2 months ahead of schedule. It still has some discomfort here and there when doing movements, but nothing painful or enough to make me worry. Ricky and I had a small miscommunication on 275 and is why he attempted to take the bar. I told him 2 and then changed my mind to 5 mid-set.
